UPPER-LEVEL ATTIC LOFT · 260 sq ft (12′×22′) · 15-m. walk to Brandeis "Crescent St" Brandeis Shuttle

This bright, immaculate, loft-style bedroom is available from June 16 to August 14, 2025, with some flexibility, but not beyond August 14. Spanning 260 sq ft, it comfortably accommodates one or two people, making it ideal for a couple. The loft comes... fully furnished with a queen-sized bed made up with fresh sheets and towels, two study desks, a sofa, a double closet, blackout shades, hardwood floors, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and two large east-facing windows that fill the space with natural light.

The house has a fully furnished living room and a galley kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, plates, utensils, and other essentials. A compact yet fully equipped bathroom serves the floor, and a free in-unit washer and dryer handle laundry (no coins required). Additional comfort features include high-speed Wi-Fi, driveway parking for several cars, a front garden, and a backyard that's perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

You will share this quiet, nonsmoking, two-bedroom house with three graduate student housemates. There are two rooms on each floor and two bathrooms in total. The neighborhood is safe and calm. Moody Street’s cafés and shops are a short stroll away. The Brandeis shuttle stops right at the door, and both MBTA commuter rail lines and the frequent 70 bus to Boston are close by.

The rent is competitively priced at $1,450 per month, all-inclusive. Booking requires the first month's rent, a half-month refundable security deposit, and straightforward landlord approval. Virtual or in-person tours are available the same day. Contact Rick via WhatsApp at +1 202 499 9498.
