FEMALE-PREFERRED, but open to all.

This listing is for the first floor of a house in the Waltham neighborhood, right... off of Moody Street. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Monthly rent of $1325 is for one bedroom and one shared bathroom with access to common space in the living room and double kitchen. You will share the house with five other roommates; community vibe is chill and everyone mainly keeps to themselves. (Four guys and one girl.)

Rent is ALL-INCLUSIVE. NO MONTHLY FEES. Electricity, sewage, water, wi-fi, gas, and trash/recycling are all included. On-site parking is available for an additional monthly fee, but there is almost always plenty of free street parking. The house is fully furnished, and the bedroom has a bed, desk, dresser, chair, and nightstand. Locks from the inside. Washer and dryer in the basement. ($2 a load, pay with quarters only.) TV in the living area.

Please contact if you have any further questions. You may be able to renew the lease for one year after the sublet ends. I am available to give a tour as well, preferably in the morning on weekdays. Property owned and managed by Gradbnb.
