All our apartments are available for short or... long-term leases, with a minimum requirement of 1 month for our short term lease properties and with priority to longer lease tenants. They can be rented either on a room basis or in their entirety depending on availability. Refer to the pricing details below:

All apartments are furnished (see list below), have a shared laundry room in the basement, wifi, and include all utilities (heat, electric, water, trash, and wifi) up to $250/month!

Furnished: mattress and bedframe;  desk, chair desk lamp; dining table, dinning stools, sofa, living room chair, coffee table;  drawer/wardrobe; basic cookware and silverware;
