Seeking Woman for 2-Bath 5-Bedroom Home between Central and Inman Square

We are looking for a woman to join us in our three-story, five-bedroom home in Mid-Cambridge. The ideal candidate is an easygoing, independent and interesting person who expects to stay for an extended time (1 year +). The room has 165 sq ft and a... west facing window. Rent includes utilities.

The pluses – large, well-equipped kitchen, large living room, hardwood floors, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, deck, and lots of natural light. Has fun details like a piano, floor lamps, and a fire pole. Easy access to public transportation, near Whole Foods, and bicycle friendly. 5 min walk to Inman Sq, 10 to Central Sq, 15 to Harvard Sq.

The minuses – no off-street parking, no communal storage space

About us, oldest to youngest:
• 1 (he/him): Electrical engineer, Volkswagen bus collector, long-time Cambridge resident, home owner. I like tinkering on various projects, reading widely, and spending time with my grandchildren.
• 2 (she/her): Communications professional in the sustainability field for a Boston-based company and enjoy running, hiking, baking and reading, not necessarily in that order.
• 3 (he/him): Computer Scientist doing a postdoc at MIT. I like backpacking, baking, reading, playing squash, and running long distances.
• 4 (she/her): Public policy staffer who enjoys spending time with family, eating good food, and exploring the great outdoors. Lives in D.C. most of the time and visits us on occasion.
• 5 (he/him): Political campaign staffer working throughout New England. I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and all manner of media.

We generally keep a 9 AM to 5 PM work schedule, one of the housemates works from home. We have optional monthly potluck dinners. By choice, we do not have a TV in the common space. We are looking for a non-smoker with no pets.
