Looking for an inexpensive way to live off campus in Newton? Why not come live with our family for the school year while you do a little childcare and petsitting to keep your housing costs low. I'm looking for a great live in driver/babysitter for... 13 yo child. 12 hours a week of school pick ups and drive to activities, afternoon/dinners/evening supervision, and dog sitting when we are away traveling. Child care rates negotiable based on experience and whether you have your own car. Rent listed is before payment for any sitting services but working 10-12 hours a week will entirely offset your rent. Hours somewhat flexible around studies or other work but some 4pm pickups required. We prefer someone who can help out with child's laundry and family dog. There is a friendly, elderly dog who also lives in the house. Large private bedroom and bathroom, fully furnished, in large Victorian family home. You can share in use of family kitchen, laundry etc. Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to the Riverside T station. Open to discuss a 1 year option that includes the summer if desired.
