We vet landlords, and connect you with qualified and approved renters so you can find an apartment just like this one advertised here (including this apartment, yes it is beautiful and available…for now). Fill out our intake form and we will help you match with others based on what matters most.
How it works: Complete an intake form, apply online, receive your introduction to your matches. Once you have a chance to chat, confirm your group, take a tour, sign a lease with your new fam, complete the transaction, and you’re ready to move in. It’s fast, easy, and can be done completely online. This is especially helpful for people coming from another country (it can be very difficult for many foreign students to get approved without SSN and credit but we make it easy), people coming from another state (hard to find roommates), or even for someone who is already in town but their friends got jobs in other cities and your looking for a new community to call fam. All apartments come with kitchens, and some include en-suite bathrooms, including this one! Must sign lease as a group — sorry, no rooming houses, no lodging houses, and no corporate rentals. Just traditional standard leases in apartments that have been approved.
