Free private room and bath in family house for after school driver/helper

Looking for an inexpensive way to live off campus in Newton? Why not come live with our family -- get a free room in exchange for a little childcare and petsitting to keep your housing costs low. ($980/mo value)
I'm looking for a great live in... driver/babysitter for 13 yo child. 10 hours a week of school pick ups and drive to activities, afternoon/dinners/evening supervision, and dog sitting when we are away traveling. Rent listed is before payment for any helper/driving services but working 10-12 hours a week will entirely offset your rent. Can't work that much? - we can discussed reduced rental rate instead.
Hours somewhat flexible around studies or other work but some 4pm pickups required. We prefer someone who can help out with child's laundry and family dog. There is a friendly, elderly dog who also lives in the house.
Large private bedroom and bathroom, fully furnished, in large Victorian family home. You can share in use of family kitchen, laundry etc. Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to the Riverside T station.
Open to discuss a 1 year option that includes the summer if desired.
