Charlesbank Garden Apartments is sited on the banks of a scenic tranquil Charles River view and open space for jogging and communing with nature. The property features attractive landscaping, off-street parking and much more. We lease one and two... bedroom apartments. Conveniently located on Route 128 (I-95), America's technology highway, Waltham is just minutes away from the Mass Pike, Route 9 and Route 2. Whether your morning commute takes you east, west, north or south, let Charlesbank be the center of your compass. Downtown Boston is 15 minutes by car (slightly longer during peak traffic hours). Public transportation is nearby. The Brandeis-Roberts commuter rail station is a five-minute walk, while the Wellesley Farms commuter rail station and the Riverside MBTA station are five minutes by car. Waltham is the fine dining capital of the metro-west area. The region's finest shopping malls are a few miles away. And despite its proximity to Boston, Waltham is only minutes away from the rolling New England countryside, with farms and apple orchards. Historic Lexington and Concord are right next door.
I lived at this apartment complex for 3.5 years with a roommate in a 2bed 2bath unit on the 3rd floor. The complex is quiet and peaceful. I really had a good experience living at this apartment complex and thankful I found it.
The parking spaces are spacious, so you don't have to worry about your car getting dinged up. I never got a ding on my car while I was living here.
Chris is the property manager here and he is a great manager. Maintenance response time to issues is fast. Typically within a day, if they are busy maybe 2 or 3 days , but that's rare.
Chris sends out emails before a major storm to help us prepare for it and remind us to move our cars to the street the next day, so that they can clear the snow from the parking lots. When it comes to snow removal, they are very fast and efficient.
The commuter rail is less than a 10minute walk so that is nice and convenient.
I really appreciated the apartment manager Chris and his demeanor. He tries his best to work with you regarding issues to help you feel comfortable being a tenant here.
